About Us

Our Story 

Founded in 2005 by a group of Allied health professionals, our company set out with the mission to educate coders for certification through accrediting bodies such as AAPC and AHIMA, paving the way for flourishing careers in the Health Information Management (HIM) field. Our comprehensive training programs provide coders with real-world experience before they ever step foot on the production floor. As we expanded our services, we began actively placing our homegrown coders in fulfilling positions within large hospital systems. Our education programs are centered on real-world coding practices, shaped by Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) specialists who provide the necessary clinical knowledge for making informed decisions based on accurate documentation. With the support of Auditing Review Specialist who possess over 20 years of experience collectively, our coders are equipped with the mindset of validators, not just coders. This helps prevent denials that may arise from inaccurate validation of visits in clinics, hospital outpatient centers, and inpatient admission encounters. Our educators are highly specialized professionals in their respective fields, and the leadership at Coder Advance Consultants recognized the opportunity to bridge the gap and create comprehensive solutions for the entire revenue cycle process. Through our collaborative efforts, we aim to deliver top-notch services to healthcare providers and organizations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in HIM Scope of Services. Our organization recognized the importance of providing an end-to-end revenue cycle solution to our clients, and we knew that this required a highly skilled team of coders who could manage the entire process from start to finish.
